In my ac system picture a few posts ago you might notice I installed the he351cw turbo, and when I did that I installed 330hp Bosch marine injectors.
In theory I think it should get on the boost a little sooner, it probably does, what it does do is pull stronger and a bit longer, it’s more robust in almost every way. It does have a gutted afc, not my doing so it will put out a cloud of smoke if floored when not spooled up. It’s easy to control since it’s manual transmission.
I did break the tires loose at 40mph or so in third going uphill when the turbo spooled which it didn’t seem to do before, scared the crap out of my wife...

So even with the larger turbo and injectors the mpg is fine which makes me real happy.
