Did your seat cover kit come with the fabric tentioner parts in addition to hog rings?
I think it came with hog rings and some cheap pliers....my neighbor had some better pliers....you will need to get the wire that goes in the cover to pull them into position and tighten them down
I bought some spring steel wire but it was very stiff and hard to fit into the sleeves on the covers. The wires that came out of the old covers was not usable.
I bought the zig zag springs on Ebay in a roll....I had to cut them and bend the ends to retain them in the frame.
