Replacing the Comp 854-16 with Howards 91161, I see only a few external differences: The Howards lifters are slightly taller, have a wider roller and sport an oiling hole design that varies wildly from the Comps. Appears as though I'll need new push rods...we'll see...

EDIT: COMP lifters have black crossbar
