I've got a Custom Camper C/20 with a rear coil spring setup. I went with 265/75/16 tires on 16X7 F*rd steel wheels. I also added some 1/2" spacers under the rear coil springs to put a little more rake into it (which sometimes I think it a little bit overkill).
