I stumbled upon a websight for muth mirrors (pronounced MOOTH) at www.kwmuth.com and saw that they had power /turnsignal & heated mirrors for astros, and 1992 & newer trucks, blazers & suburbans.
I checked out my mirrors and found 3 mounting screws on the bottom of them that mount the mirror pivot and head to the bracket the mounts to the door itself. Knowing that the mirror heads were the same between my suburban and the newer models and after talking with them , I went ahead and ordered up the following parts from MUTH.

Upgrade Module
They finally showed up last Friday (26th)
This next pic you can see the 3 screws I'm talking about.
