Pic #1. I ended up have to use a new B pillar the first one didnt fit very good (diff manufacturer ) and was causing issues.

Pic #2. The customer got me a new front fender (stock was pretty bad) and then the fun started to get this thing to fit. The main issue was the middle of the door and fender didnt match up to well so I had to cut,grind,weld etc to get it to fit and in this shot it shows the hinge with (pins for alignment) drill a hole all the way through and slide these in to align you door.

Pic #3. Sorry didnt take before pic, But trust me when I say it had 1/2" of stick out! over the door.
This shows the line nice and tight.
