this not much help but i posted it anyway
this is a x interchange for 1/2 tons. We use the nexpart system. it seems like no one makes the 3/4 ton hoses. you may want to to a brakequip dealer. they can make anything. My son is a factory rep for NAPA on the east coast i will ask him

ac delco does not list a 3/4 ton at all which is odd. i learned something today
