Good advice brotha. My policy (and State law) says they have 45 days to determine what their final decision is, that means by next Wedneday. I can wait a week to hear them say "totalled". If they don't say that then we go into arbitration, and a drawn out process. I got the adjuster 2 qoutes for bare custom frames....both over $25000....lol, they can't get outta this one.
