Re: Front shock install for dumbies?

I figured the bushing inserts out short after.

However the shocks are compressed and there is no visable restraint.
I spun one of the ends around twice thinking they were just a twist to release system, but nothing.

I bought a bunch of grade 5, 1/2"x3.5" bolts with lock washers, nuts and bolts.
There were no factory bolts in place at all so I took a guess and I'll find out tomorow or next week if I guessed right or not...

What size of bolts do I need for the rear shackles?
Previous owner ground the heads off of one side and just left it.

Rear shocks are also 1/2 way off the top bolts...what a jollopy...
