Just spoke to the owner today... Nice guy. It seems the truck was made to order for the Post Office and used to pull a fifth wheel. It has air brakes, the gas tank is toast, so has to use an external tank to keep it running. But it runs and drives.
It has rust in the typical spots, rockers, fenders etc...
I just need to figure out a way to get it from the eastern border of Ohio to California without breaking the bank... he is firm on the price and won't budge.
Anyone live near Youngstown that can take a look at this and see if it's worth it?
