You could likely use a similar approach to ensure the belt stays stuck up through the seat gap as well. But I don't know if they're reproduced, and they're certainly not abundant used.
But maybe they make them for the Blazer market?

EASY to find.. like I posted above.. even the later model cars/trucks used the plastic tube/sleeve into at least the early 2000's..
even my 88 ford f150 had them with a bench seat.
