Re: Black Hills blazer build

Project has been on hold since march of 2014.
I was in an accident, in my daily driver 66 Impala. While trying to make a left hand turn, on to a two lane hiway, in some THICK fog, I was T-boned. Didn't get hurt, but pretty much wiped out my car.
I decided to put my 65 Elcamino, back into service. It had been sitting for about 10 years, and needed tires, brakes, and a clutch. I was also going to strip it, and put in epoxy, so it didn't look so terrible. I planned on it being a two or three month project.
As they tend to do, it spun out of control, and turned into another frame off project!
Chassis is finished, with engine and trans installed. Firewall and bottom side of body is painted. Body is back on the chassis, with everything in primer, except for the inside of the bed and cab.
Hopefully I will get SOMETHING of mine finished, and be able to drive it, before I die.
With doing restorations for a living, I just can't bring myself to anything of my own halfway. It's a curse!
Thanks for asking, by the way!
