thats usually the place to start, need to replace all the worn parts. you can try checking the front tires to see if there is a busted belt and if it is oval and either replace them or rotate the tires if your hard on cash.
i had a old blazer that was the same way, shook so bad between 25-35 you couldnt drive it. old bias ply tires needed a ton of weights
