I didn't fab this one, it's from CPP, but might give some ideas if you are thinking of making your own. I don't know exactly what I paid for this bracket as it came as part of a kit with booster, m/c, and proportioning valve. The kit was $299 2 years ago. It uses the original pedal which is one of the reasons I chose it.
