The Wizards sealant goes on like a wax, and they recommend that you let it set for 12 to 24 hours to cure into the metal. Keep in mind it will not stop everything from affecting the aluminum, but as I stated I put it on my Billet
Specialties that I ran all of the time on my daily driver.
