Have you tried building your own? Its super easy if you use the solder pellets.
I've built cables for my suburban and my jeep using this method:

I put copper lugs on the end and use these terminals:

This works especially well if you have a winch or dual batteries.
I also replace the fusible link wire with a resettable breaker (still cleaning up the rest of that wiring):
