I did on my Jimmy. I don't have any pics but I just traced the outline on a piece of 1/4" plywood and marked the mounting holes. Drilled them them sanded smooth the wood and tapered the edges. Then I just wrapped it in same GM cloth I had seats recovered in. Looks and worked great.
