Yes. Takes modding but all you need for the back is the backing plates, rotors and calipers. For the front you need the spindles and a reemer to make the tie rods fit. 99- something is 13" front rotors, at some point [14 maybe] they went to 14" rotors from the factory. This only works with the 4x4's as far as the front goes so your lucky.
