Crank is in but I think I should take the back bearing cap off again because I didn't put any sealant on the ends of the two piece seal halves. Just to confirm, there is not another seal that goes in before the crank is there? Just the one for the pan?

I took another look at the manifold and think it is just exhaust leakage from where the manifold attaches to the head. I suppose the supplied gasket will fix that.
