Been a while sense I have been able to provide an update.
I decided to use the cab with the matching fenders and hood.
Here is a picture of my way of working on it in the garage.
some pictures patching the floor and installing my patch panels.
Also started working on my gauges because I will not be able to work on the truck while on deployment.
