I'm also a fan of Bolt Depot, they are reasonably prices and the website is very user friendly. A socket head bolt with a button head would closely resemble a rivet.
Grade 8 flange bolts with self locking flange nuts is the perfect for replacing rivets on components attached to the frame. Grade 5 would be OK for miscellaneous brackets, etc... so you have a wide variety of options.
