I think it's time for a little update. I've basically been a hermit in my garage all summer, but that's because I really want to get this on the road.

I cleaned up my heater and AC evaporator core box. Took it apart, cleaned it and painted it black using SEM Trim Paint. I swear that stuff is the best paint in a rattle can.

I sent all my AC stuff out to Classic Auto Air in Florida (Compressor, Hoses, POA Valve, Exp Valve, AC Controls) and had them go through a refurbish or replaced with OEM.
