Well, if the truck starts, you're getting power from the battery to the fuse block from the battery... If the accessoriyes aren't working, it sounds like something in the area of the fuse block is no longer connected.

I'd get a manual and look at the wiring diagram to see if something common to the not working bits can be found.

I'm not suggesting that this is easy (it often isn't), but I'd expect it to be easier that rewiring the whole truck.
