That is NOT what the front wicker bill is used for! It is allowed on cars with short front over hangs to be able to meet the 45 inch front end limit. I have heard it called alot of things over the past 20-22 years but a tow hook is a first for me lol.

I see'em use them pull the cars around my neck of the woods by that as well.

They just pull them off and hook the rope/belt on'em to pull to the pits.
