You'll need a mellonized distributor gear - the roller cam will eat up a regular gear, an intake manifold for the Vortec bolt pattern, and your block will likely not be drilled for a mechanical fuel pump, so you'll need an electric fuel pump. You'll also need a new flexplate or flywheel for the one-piece rear main seal crankshaft.
