Re: painting over spray bomb paint ?
A common mistake with those who are novice at painting, is too use primer from one brand paint and try to cover that with a different brand paint. It almost never works. They regularly fry and turn to mush. I just accidentally did it yesterday; an i know better! Got in too big of a hurry.
Anyway, short answer is don't do it. It will most likely turn into 3 X more work than you want too do.
