I tore my bicep about 10 years ago and the Dr. said there wasn't much that could be done about it. I now have what they call a Popeye muscle on my right arm but it has never really bothered me. The only time I notice it is when I am trying to turn a screwdriver or something like that. I still lift pretty much whatever I want. I guess my body has compensated for it.....
Good luck with your project. Everything will work out for you and I am very confident you will finish your truck.
