PO put a grant wheel on and and horn never worked right (actually it worked too well, all the time). Messed around with it a bit then just bought a new wheel. Was still grounding out. The brass tabs on the canceller cam were hitting the wheel adapter. Bent back and covered with electrical tape. All good now.
