Warn locking hubs were offered in the Chevrolet Silver Book that was supplied to every dealer. The Silver Book came out each year with listed vendors of many attachments from light trucks to heavy duty.
If you look in my literature link , there's information and part numbers for the Rockwell T-221 as well as a 1963 Silver Book.
