Factory tailgate hinge and trunnion finish?

I've seen a few threads on this, and maybe it varied by year and factory, but I'd like to know if anyone can verify what's correct for a 1971, if not a 67-72.

Based on the hinges I've got, which are stripped, there are traces of paint on the mounting plate, The arm extensions appear to not have been painted. Do you know what's correct? Are the screws painted?

Can you confirm the trunnions are painted, and are the screws painted as well?

Thank you
