The welding gas bottles I have seen are typically labeled with contents.

thanks! and isnt that the reason anyone does anything? sometimes I need to get out of my own way and just do the work...
there is no label, but someone has mentioned that the oxy bottle wouldnt fit my regulator. I do wonder whats in there to give such terrible welds. maybe I am the terrible weld!
