Re: 64-66 factory with no heater?
I've seen a few Heater Delete '60-63 trucks. They've got a block-off plate that looks like the ashtray face, but has bendable tabs on the back that hold it into the dash.
I've come across three over the years, two with plates that were savable, one with a plate that was rusted badly.
