It was worse for the deuce drivers in the combat trains. They got screwed because they couldn't sit idling because of heat signature. The inside of a cold deuce beats laying in a hasty fighting position all day though!

I did suffer minor effects from frostbite that trip and still have problems with my feet to this day.
