From what I have heard it is best to go with drop spindles in the front and use drop coils to do the rest. In the rear go with 2 inch blocks first and them do the rest with drop coils. By doing this you will maintain the most amount of suspension travel. Even if you do not decide to lower it more with drop coils it is still a good idea to get new coils and shocks. If you go low enough in the rear you will probably want to get shock relocation brackets because the angle of the shock will be to grate when you lower it. If you get drop coils you will also need shorter shocks.
