Hy all

yesterday i made some more test drives...

I really get crazy some days.....

I have a fully bagged (Front / Rear) chevy pickup 51 (4-link Setup) ... according to the Air Ride i am able to Change the pinion angle during i am cruzing..

the vibrations appear starting at 75 til 85 mph...

What have been tested so far...

--> Changing gear from overdrive to third (while cruzing at Vibration Speed)
--> Changing gear from overdrive to neutral (while cruzing)
--> changing pinion angle via Air Ride (while cruzing)
--> drive shaft balanced
--> Wheel balanced

....finally nothing helps !!!!

Maybe i am not able to Change the angle enough (via Air Ride)...???

Or maybe the vibrations are coming from the engine or engine Mounts ?

Or maybe front Wheel alignment can occur vibrations ? ( i had the car at a shop for alignment, but i was not satisfied with the result , therefore i tried to improve the alignment at home)

Or maybe the Transmission and rear axle is not in parallel (Top view) ???

What do u think ...what else can be the reason ?? what should i do ?

As already mentioned i plan to Change the U-Joint to CV-Joint ... i am just waiting for an offer from GKN Germany
