There are some other issues with paint/body but this door is the only delamination I have found. It was pretty obvious to spot as you could tap on the surface with finger and it would crack away. Once I got a putty knife on it it started coming off in bigger pieces. In the pic where I stopped, the putty knife would no longer peel off the paint and I can tell by tapping on the painted surface it hasn't lifted.
