Truck style intake with return-less fuel rail, injectors, new O rings and new gaskets. Came off a 05 Sierra with 55k miles should fit a 4.8, 5.3 or 6.0. No throttle body but has sensors. Has been painted black and clear coated kinda dusty from sitting in my shop for a while. $125 plus shipping
