The connector on the tcm wasn't making contact. The connector backed out of the harness just enough so there was no contact.
On another note I just set up an appointment for my exhaust to be run. I'm going with 2 1/2" with an X pipe, spin tech mufflers and turn downs right at the rear bumper.
