Questions on doing an I6 to V8 swap

I've read a lot about how easy swapping a V8 into a vehicle with an I6 but I've never really seen a list of what's actually required. So before I even look over the edge of the cliff, I'd like to know what's really involved. This is a 250 I6 with an auto tranny (2wd longbed) so my understanding is that the engine mounts and tranny stay right where they are and the new engine bolts right up.

Here's what I know I'll need:
engine, intake manifold, carb, exhaust headers, water pump, distributor and wires

Do I need these or just pull them off the I6?
fuel pump, radiator, radiator hoses

Alternators and power steering pumps are fairly cheap but I've got a welder if a bracket needs to be made. I've also got a 2.5" dia Flowmaster 50 so I'm thinking I'll need another one for dual exhaust unless the headers together to form one outlet.

What am I missing?
