Ha ha.......Timing chain AND a new pump. Until now I didn't recognize the association between distributor and pump, never mind crank and cam. Every once in a while when I punched it the timing was off, you know, before 2nd gear. I figure a once over on the dist., but see it could be a stretched chain. My driver does the same thing, only more often.
