It all depends on your preference and if you plan to paint where you sand. Personally I won’t dry sand after the rough work is done because I clean the mess and paint where I do bodywork and it makes things much easier. Before you apply a product over the wet sanding know that even after it doesn’t look wet there’s still moisture there.
