It appears your are near Seattle. Inspect for water damage. Older RVs with aluminum siding are notorious for having water damage. Especially in your climate.

Look for any wood soft spots near windows, walls and flooring. Pay close attention to the aluminum seams.

Pay close attention to the roof and recaulk the roof seams and all roof vents.
