I'm not meaning to sound sarcastic it's up to each person individually every one has different circumstances and goals. I couldn't wait to retire.
To me it 's almost sad that these guys don't have anything outside the plant to look forward too.
But, hey if he's happy who am I to tell them different.
I couldn't agree more. I won't work here a day longer than I have to

Way too many other things to do that interest me.
