Resurrecting this zombie of a thread!

So I too needed longer wheel studs and I found this thread. Bought 10 of the 6280012 and 5 on one side pressed in beautifully and after I pressed out the factory studs on the other side, I went to press in the new studs and the hole in the flange was far to big for knurling. Ends up that I need 5 studs with .620 knurling which is 6280010. Somebody in the past history of that axle has either found another axle that fit during a replacement (which I doubt), drilled out the flange for .620 studs and pressed them in, or the factory ran out of .530 studs and switched over to .620. Either way, I’m now waiting on 5 more long studs from Jegs.

The lesson here is don’t be like me and _measure_ what size of stud you will need before you order parts, my friends!
