I have 235/85R16 on my 83 C20, so I don't know about a K10, but I recently got some 225/70R16 for the front of my truck and I did not realize what a difference there was in just a few numbers. The front tires lower the truck about 1.5-2 inches in the front. Reminds me of high school.
