L31 has a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty if installed without modification. 3 year warranty if you install it in a 1996-2000 GM Pickup.
I purchased my L31 for $1879 on Ebay. (I got $100 Ebay rebate for 5/4 day + $100 gift card). I feel like I'm going to have about $2700 total in the swap.
I think a resourceful person could get this done for $2200 total. I'm just not patient enough and I like shiny new things.
