Camaro is 39-3/8 x 7-3/4 deep 18 gallons
your frame at the tail gate is 54"
The frames pictured above are all 34"
There is no way to put a gas tank in the rear without a cradle and /or straps of some type on a 47 -54. 55 to 59 you can use a Mustang fairly easy.
