Think I figured it out. Cant tell you exactly what the issue was due to a chain of events that lead me to replace the water pump and reline the upper heater core hose to the water pump and already had did the stock thermo housing. This has at least helped with the heat problem. Now she produces heat and the temps stay near 180 degrees when I'm driving down the road. I'm just gonna guess it was the thermostat housing wasn't holding the thermostat down and coolant was bypassing. Thanks for the Help and Ideas guys..
