I believe that's the previous generation of trucks (67-72).

For these, IIRC - it's on the horizontal top portion of the frame rail, in the vicinity of under the second row seat and I want to say drivers' side (although could be passenger side). Probably gonna take a mirror to see it or ideally take the body off.
