Judge dismissed the case, chewed out the cop and I contacted the insurance company. They sued the "injured" passenger and her doctor, who happened to be the father of the driver for fraud.

No got back right away and this Tree had some Carpenter Ants , and Had Grown into the side of the Large Out Building . .
Tree had to come down , and Another We wanted Trimmed ..
This Trimmer - Calls with No Lead Time - says I'm at the House and setting up - Where are You ?
I'm like Really - do We have a Contract as I don't recall setting on anything ..
Hell He say I'm all set up and have 7-8 Guys here -Waiting to do this Were in Town at this very Min. , but I'll Drop Everything and Rush over the Home as Fast as I can - Please don't start anything . .

Smart Ass - Drops the Tree by Accident into another 78 ft Big Ponderosa Pine - Now I'm Pissed OFF ! - Hey what the Hell Pal - You Kill that Tree and - That's It Were Going Down Town ..
Sure Enough It Died in 2 weeks - They had Twisted it when it got Side Swiped by Other Tree .. - His Insurance Company said I could sell the Lumber for $800.00 and they would Give Up around $2K - maybe $2500.00 . . . I Promptly said -
No Freaking Way !
Back and Forth for 6 Months - They sent over Tree Arborist - Specialist , and then Even Hired a Third Party to Over see and Handle Us - as were all Done Talking to them !
I informed them $2500 just to Clean Up the Yard and Pull the Stump - Out of the Grd. and then Fix that Big Hole - where You going to be Digging with a Backhoe for 8 Hr. to get Out the Stump . .
OK - Her's where is gets Interesting - another 3 months , in that Time
We Contacted a Bunch of Young Lawyers - Just getting out of College ..
Passed the Bar etc. 5-6 yrs. of schooling and 75K-100K in Debt.
Yeah they want to work , and work Hard and Fast - and We Offered Free
Summer Camping and Canoeing - BB Basically - We got lots of Takers and Lots of other Offers once the work got out about what Theses Guy did to Kill a Huge - Beautiful Pine on the Corner of our Yard ..
We then called a College - Professor - Not just any College Professor
but the Special Guy that Headed Up a Federal Funded - ( Large Grant )
Investigation as How and Methods to do So using Math , Species ,
Health of Tree , Location of Tree , and Cross Sectional Sq. Inches of Tree
to be Calculated Read at Level 3 ft.- 4 ft. from Ground .
( Measure there to acquire Tree's Sq. In. ( IN ) Area ) for Purposes of Valve and Replacement = Calculation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This Formulator - this College Professor and 26 other Professors and Tree
Arborist came up with - has been Placed into Law . and Now being used By 11 other States .
Another Month and the Insurance Company Started Calling Me
several Times a Week to get Settled !
